The notes of the meeting, before Snorri came are: Fran:

• Fix conflict with Kuba
  • PR is not promoting “enough” the Soft Skill Session resulting in a super low participation until this day
  • Difficult communication with innecessary burocracy and delay of the deadlines constantly
  • PR is not concern about their dutties
  • HR, and personally me, are overwhelmed with tasks. We are not capable to take the responsability of PR to give communication to Soft skills activity and/or activities from HR
  • I dont like the tone of the conversation. Innecesary burocracy and difficult to complete the tasks.
  • I am done organising activities. I am burnt of spending time and not having the support on key moments. It was a constant fight for the posters of all the tasks.

• Overwhelmed in HR
  • We are not that many people and we are overwhelmed. I expect people burning soon.

Nivi:

• Want a MO for Valhacks for next semester. Andreas is burnt because he did not have help.
  • No one that is graduating or with thesis.
• She needs the calendar of weekly meetings. The one that is in charge is Dominik. Nivi will contanct Dominik.
• Nivi need the anual budget from Yuya for grants. Deadline tuesday 28th.
  • Yuya will work on that on this week.

Yuya:

• Money got stolen. Yuya think like 3000 DKK (400€). There was no lock, the box is broken.
