• Monitoring
  • Paolo: New members joined Best we need to take action. Paolo proposed to put a “angel” (reference) for the observers, until they become babies. It is to ask questions.
  • How do you imagine this should be done? take 4 or 5 members and assign 2 observers to them. Ask to the full member to talk privatelly and motivete them. The point is not to loose the observer, if we loose them we need to know why.
  • Who should be the responsible? The president or the HR. Fran will take care of this.
• KT for Nacho’s babies
  • Lukas can do the KT to Nachos Babies. Marta is the responsible. Makes this babies, angels.
• Training session for this semester
  • We need a responsible of the calendar. Dominik will make it.
  • Paolo suggested: Dominik prepare a form asking the trainners for activities, suggest dates, and fill the calendar.
  • Fran will send the form of the last session to Dominik. Ask members for trainnings. First get the motivation, find the people giving the sessions.
• Promotion soft skills session plus open it to observers
  • We are super hyper late with the PR material. HR Notified on December about the activity and the deadline for the poster was set to be done by 28 of january and we still don´t have the material. For this reason HR will ask personally Madalina to create the poster with the information.
  • Fran will ask Madalina to do the poster, then notify Kuba.
• Bring people WG:
  • Paolo has a suggestion: People are affraid to join in public. Ask Snorri to remember that there is a possibility to join to a working group.
  • The reference will take care of making sure that the observers are in a working group.
