HR Meeting from the 9th of Feb:

• Chicken chase game (18th feb)
  • PR finished the poster of the Chicken chase game, congrats!
  • Fran talked to the people of nightpay, we will have some bouchers for free beers for the participants.
  • Pending tasks:
    • Create facebook event, best scenario to do it today.
    • Print posters. Fran will print the posters and put them at uni, the leftovers at the office so Dominik can put then at lundtoftevej.
• Motivational Weekend (Marta is the Main Organiser)
  • Marta reserved the Cabin, Yuya needs to respond to Marta. Yuya needs to pay the cabin to reserve it.
  • Lukas small trainner, Kuba (not evil), a friend from Lukas, and snorri trainner (half trainner) will be the trainners.
  • Fran will be the organiser of the Cantus, the topic is secret.
• Valantines Special (Marta)
  • Michal added to the form a question to bring a gift less than 20 DKK, there will be a game related to the gift.
  • Next meeting it will be about summer course, and a trainning about summer course.
• Soft skills session
  • We have rooms, topics, description and the info was forwarded to PR
• Angels and Paolo
  • Paolo is coordinating the Angels system
  • Paolo created a document explaning all the necessary documents for an angel
  • We need more angels
  • The goal of Paolo is that every baby
  • Marta proposed that German Lukas would be nice to be Angel. The next angel should be German Lukas.
  • The feedback of Marta is that the document is not very specific with the tasks.
• Calendar of sessions for this semester
  • Make people aware of the calendar.
  • 14th valantines
  • 21st motivational letter trainning
  • 28th soft skills.
  • 7th of march is empty, we can coordinate an activity for these days
  • What activities we should do?
    • 7th of March the BKT for all members. Fran will try to convince Dominik to do the trainning.

Tasks:

• Fran get all the challenges of previous pub crawls and send to dominik
• Fran print the posters and put the at uni
• Dominik take the posters from office and put them at U2 and lundtoftevej
• Belén will help Dominik with the challenges.
• Fran will talk to Kuba about delegating in PR to complete the posters and engage more babies.
• The HR group will propose some themes for the motivational weekend
• Fran ping Kuba for the poster of the soft skill session
• Paolo will update the document with more specific tasks (guide). Talk about internal regulations best, best inside website ( https://best.dtu.dk/inside)
• Marta will ask in private for different angels.
• Dominik update the calendar (21st motivational letter trainning)
• Fran will present a form to send topics for the semester. (Call 3 besties x trainings x sessions in the drive).
