20230131 - Meeting Soft skills and HR 31st January

Matteo and Cosmina wants to do a trainner together about communication.

Sign up form, 22 (maximum) people per room for matteo and cosmina, 1,5h to 2h.

Lukas, he choose the topic, maybe another trainner can help him. The maximum number for him should be 15.

Deadline to choose the topic and paragraph. 5th.

HR Meeting

Points of the meeting:

  • Marta talks about something with Kuba (traineer). Kuba suggested to have more trainning.
    • Kuba suggested to change the angel system. Angel and baby organise a event. Improve the integration of the babies.
    • Paolo wants to help on the angels system
    • Kuba is leaving Denmark soon, so we need to contact him ASAP.
    • Fran gave some feedback from last semester. Fran prefer to delegate the task of coordinate.
    • Paolo will take care of the angel system. Paolo will talk to trainner.
  • Recap of the intro week presentation
    • Fran gave possitive feedback
    • We arrived a bit late, it was a mess with the dought.
    • We expect a high number of participants in the event of 4th of feb.
  • Recruitment event.
    • There are some pending tasks. We will try to help to complete them these days. Dominik will get the posters if Fran manage to get someone to open the door for dominik
  • Chicken chase game
    • Torst pub at 22 for 30 people. WE NEED RESERVE FROM 21.
    • Select some bars with free shoots.
    • Costume done.
    • The poster at 7th at most. I will ask PR.
  • Soft skills meeting
    • Paolo - we had a good meeting, we had an agreement. We need to take care of lukas, he looks a bit insecure. We should talk to to mathias and Lukas. We need to send the form.
    • The organisation is going OK.
    • It would help to have a test training with lukas.
  • Weekly meetings
    • If it is not working HR would need take care of it.
    • We should create a Proposal for the LGA, Paolo will take care of it.

Tasks:

  • Fran will give the member list to Paolo.
  • Paolo will create a proposal for the coordination of the LGA
  • Paolo will talk to Kuba (trainer) to get feedback from the angel system
  • Paolo will create a excel to keep track of the tasks of the angels this semester
  • Fran will create the form for the Chicken Chase game
  • Fran will ask PR when is the poster for the chicken chase game done.
  • Dominik will go tomorrow midday to best to get the posters and hang them at the cantenna (task from the list). Dominik is free in the lunch break. Dominik needs the posters.
