The note of the meeting the 10th of January:

• Dominik was in contact with Trent for the organisation of the Board Game Tournament. He figured out that there is another activity very similar by other asociation the day after. We proposed the next roadmap. Dominik is going to talk to trent to ask him what he thinks about that best organise another activity (different theme), and if he doesnt mind we will do it. We proposed some alternatives like Pub crawl the friday before, sing star tournament. The debate is opened for new activities. Dominik is going to have the final decision with the activity the 13th at noon.
• Belén is in charge to talk to intro week and ask them how can we reach students.
• Fran is talking to lukas to remind the deadlines.
• Fran ask natalie how is going the organisation of hte activity.
• Fran is creating group for soft skills and training of leadership.
• The recruitment event of Nat. Michel, Snorri are the speakers, they need alumni to talk. Kuba did the posters. It was difficult to find a place, Kuba and Natalie is taking over the situation
