Notes of the HR meeting the 6 of December

1. Read message from last meeting 2. Lisa sent a email to trent to reserve the glass room for the recruitment event, the open session and the board games tournament, but the 23rd impossible to reserve the glass room. Lisa will look for an alternative the 23rd of februry (skylab). Trent answered that we can book the other dates. Tren said that we should talk to david (ESN), for funds and PR. 3. Lisa, is going to talk to study administration to get the students mail, this week. 4. Regarding the board games tournament (23 February) Dominik, will talk to culture hub, to shusset, to the board games association and the library to ask for the games. 5. Regarding the activity of WM Soft Skills Open Session (28 February) Lukas can be a trainer for the WM soft skills session. In one week paolo should have an update of cosmina and mateo.
2. Regarding the Skylab recruitment event (7th February) - Natalie would need people to go for the beers and have them cold, and collect the pizza, HR WG will be in charge of this. Close to the activity we will organise to make this possible. 2. Natalie has the final decision to decide the speaker. Last year marta organised this event and she had a bit of confusion with abhista about who is preparing the presentation. This year Natalie is the only one selecting the speaker. 3. Schedule for next weeks, natalie will write to alumni, (email), and to all best. Send a google form. 20th send a form, and deadline 31th december. 7th January the final decision to get the speaker.
3. Next meeting the 3rd of January, but we will be in contact on the whatsapp group. If a new meeting is needed we will put it in the whatsapp group.
