The notes from the meeting the 22nd of november are:

• We reviewed the notes from the last meeting. The activies during the MW were great, good job HR Working group (Marta and Dominik).
• Marta asked that it would be nice to have access to the office. Fran is going to move the topic to the WM.
• We reviewed all the activites we want to do and we defined some responsabilities. List of activites are in the whatsapp group description:
  • World Cup match - 18th december at 4pm finals or 14th december at 8pm
    • We need an organiser
    • Make some posters, sign up form, book library or charlie
  • Intro week presentation - 25th January from 14.00 – 16.00
    • Lukas is organiser.
    • Organise that there is at least 1 person in the booth
    • We can do it better: Waffle machine(?)
  • Skylab recruitment event - 7th February from 17:30 - 19:00

    • Organise a speaker, prepare a form, create a poster (with PR), organise pizza inside the budget
    • We can do it better! Workshop? Challenge?
  • Weekly meeting Valentines special - 14 February Tuesday

  • Chess / Board games tournament - 23 February Thursday

    • Get a place (shusset / skylab / charlie), get board games (ask the library / associations), get a chess board

    • Extremely easy to organise. Prepare a script with challenges, and send a message to a group of messenger that Fran has, after that you have 8 places booked for 50 people
  • Singing competition Eurovision version - 13th May
    • We need an organiser
    • Prepare some poster with PR. Get charlie, brink speaker, prepare projector. Easy Easy
  • Debate of Nuclear Energy - Dates to be defined
    • Anna is the organiser
    • Bring speakers, organise a open debate about the topic.
  • Volunteering event - Tomec Idea
    • In US universities it is common to volunteer to do something for the community
    • Example would be going out to a park and picking up trash together, while having fun later
    • We could contact some charity and ask if they’d need that kind of help
    • This could be small or bigger event - but the budget remains the same - 0kr 🙂
