The notes of the HR meeting the 15th of november are:

1. We read the notes from the last meeting
   1. Paolo sent us some propositions of activities for next semester (document in the facebook group): Chess tournament, open session with soft skills, the recruitment event at Skylab. We will talk about those activities during the Weekly meeting.
   2. Lisa proposed that it would be nice to play with the big chess board at 202 for the tournament. Really good idea.
   3. For the recruitment of next semester we need to get the mails of the new students to send an email. Lisa and Paolo will take care of this task in December / January.
   4. Lisa is still in charge of getting the information of the introduction week in order to coordinate an activity in the introduction week. We have until 1st of December to send the request that we want to be in the introduction week.
2. Feedback from Snorri’s session
   1. Really good feedback, the people enjoyed
   2. Snorri is willing to do more trainings, we have a possible trainer for next semester.
   3. Snorri requested more time to prepare the session. For future session we need to prepare the calendar with more time in advance, and ask the trainer if he want to meet to have a practice session.
3. Feedback from the christmas dinner
   1. In general good feedback, but there are some things that we need to improve.
   2. There were some problems with the cleaning, the cleaning was not equal to all the members. To solve this problem we need to request 2 clean responsible, for kitchen and the main room, and split EVERYONE to teams in order to clean. After this event is highly necessary for the future.
   3. It was difficult to follow the challenges.
   4. Maybe is interesting to limit the number of participants for the next activity. It was difficult to organise the event for 47 participants.
   5. It is necessary to upload the videos/pictures of the christmas dinner. Apparently Kuba is working on it.
4. Organisation of the Motivational weekend
   1. Marta is working with Mathias for the G2K games. Marta would need someone to print a game, Fran will do that.
      1. During the weekly meeting we will ask some information for the Bingo.
   2. Dominik is working on team work games. They seems to be pretty fun. Dominik and Fran will be in charge of the teamwork games. We need a projector and the dixit game, Fran will provide it to Dominik.
5. Paolo proposed to do a EBEC in september / october of 2023. Today in the meeting after the WM we will discuss the possibilitiy of this activity.
