The notes of this meeting:

• We checked the message from the last meeting. There are some things missing from the last meeting, Fran still need to find a new angel and Paolo talk to kuba to have an activity during the weekly meeting the 22nd.
• Dominik will create a calendar and share it with the group to have all the activities there
• The feedback from the last movie night is possitive. We were 12, that is great. Thanks Dominik to organise it :). We can improve to start on time and have the room reserved and prepared in advance.
• We talked about the calendar, but we think is enough for this semester, we have a lot of activities and we don’t have that much time left in the semester.
• Related to the christmas dinner:
  • Fran and Indre are going to modify the sign up form in order to specify that the cooking team is the just a dessert, and people are bringing international food.
  • Marta will be in charge of the challenges of the christmas dinner
  • We need to send the sign up form soon
• Related to Motivational weekend:
  • We splitted some tasks of the HR
  • Marta will be in charge of the Get 2 Know Games, the are planned to be on friday afternoon when we arrive. Fran needs to send her the games.
  • Indre and Fran are in charge of the room crawling. Fran is going to send to indre the challenges that Paolo created, we are going to decide what do we need to prepare for the motivational weekend.
  • Dominik will be in charge of the group games (saturday afternoon). Fran will send a list with the games from the last year. With the help of fran they will coordinate the games in the motivational weekend.
• We talked a bit about the motivation of the group and how can we improve the situation:
  • Some feedback we have is that we should start on time, the meetings should be more interactive, meetings seems to be disorganised.
