• We readed the message from the last day and we updated the different points.
• Paolo said that we should ask the trainers for activities. The trainers we have now are Chris, Kuba (not blonde), Snorri. Fran will text snorri to propose an activity the 8th of november, about feedback talk.
• It was difficult to find the new angel. Fran will ask snorri to nominate more than one person.
• Christmas dinner the 12th nov: We are going to copy from Napoli, every member buy one thing for less than 5€, and then the HR organise who is getting the present. Everyone brings food, we can organise to book the kitchen. After dinner drinking, maybe some fun games. Fran is going to send the email to invite the people with abhista, text abhista to invite neighbour lbg’s for the dinner. Fran make the form to book the kitchen in teams to cook.
• Movie night 30th. Lets continue with the event. Dominik is organising it. Communicate to the people to come, send reminder. Text dominik.
• Pumpkin. I send some messages, today is a test to see if the people remind it.
• Start organising the motivational weekend, the part of Get to know games, and the room crawling…. The get to know games kuba (not blonde) can help us. Paolo is taking care of the challenges of the room crawling.
• Calendar of sessions next weeks. 25th pumpking carving, 1st Chris, 8th MISSING (Ask snorri if he wants this day, if not organise a case study of the board members responsabilities), 1th of november. Paolo ask kuba (not blonde) when he can do a session, 22nd november.
