The notes of the HR meeting on 11th of october. Things we discussed:

- Make a more close community, continue with the fun activities and make a family. We get that with fun events
- Motivate the people of the LBG to take more resposabilities.
- Organise trainings so the members gain experience inside best.

- Make people aware of our services, with the angel or with Knowledge transfer
- Paolo
- Recruitment. We need experienced members for the new board in july, and members to organise activities.
- Fran Acien:
- Paolo introduced the topic of how can we work on this objectives
- In order to have a closer community we can have more chill beers in shusset, eat together.
- Use the angel to motivate the people to take more responsabilities.
- Paolo introduced the idea of nominating the new angels. During the weekly meeting the old angels need to nominate the new one and give their arguments.
- Paolo suggested we should organize a BEST 101 Session, similar to the one he organised with lukas last semester. WHO WANTS TO ORGANISE THIS
- Fran is going to ask Emmily if she wants to give a session the 15th of november about public speaking and project leadership.
- Fran is going to ask Kuba (not blonde), Snorri and Vaios if they wants to organise a session, get their motivations.
- During today weekly meeting we are going to present the fun calendar of october. That is movie night 30th, simple beer after calss 28th, and pumpking carving the 25th
- It would be nice to organise a fun activity the 4th or 11th of november. WHO WANTS TO WORK ON THIS

ANGEL SYSTEM: we must increase the number of angels, give angels more specific responsibilities.
One rule we can put in place is that the angels can nominate another member to become an angel by motivating them with facts. All the angels discuss it and a vote is taken. If the nominee has been approved by the other angels then the nominee will be asked if he wants to become an angel. He will be explained all the taks and responsibilities and everything he needs.
Tasks and responsibilities of angels: Monitor the babies, motivate them to take up tasks, talk to them as friends, organise times when the angel transfers his knowledge to the baby or tells him about his experiences in BEST.
Organize a sesion after the meeting Training sessions + Call for training sessions The organisation of the sessions is going ahead, for now we have that: Cris wants to do a session on the first of November on how to work in BEST, how to organise an event and carry out a project. We thought at the meeting that at the end of the session we could have the members do a case study in which they have to invent an event, create a core team (which managers are needed for this event), specify the tasks to be done and tell how to carry it out. In addition, Cris will write a handbook on this and give it to us so we can pass it on to new members. Emily wants to try something, 15 of november (topic: public speacking, leader ship, dtu project and volunteer, enviremntoal, nagging as a tool of changing ) Lukas is busy so he won’t help. At the meeting Marta and Fran will ask Kuba, Mathias, Vaios and Snorri if they want to organise a session on a topic of their choice. They tell us when they are available to do it and we organise the rest.
