Continue the discussion with the introduction week. In january we are going to decide the activities for promotion in the introduction week. To get new members in january. The introduction week is in january february, the working groups are going to decide the activities.

Varun present the prospekt. They are necessary to apply to grants. Every year we have to plan the budget of the hole year.

We are going to divide in two teams (in the board) to work in the prospekt and the introduction week. HR, FR and the president are going to focus in getting new members in the introduction week, the others in the prospekt.

Anna introduce a topic. She propose an activity after the introduction week to give promotion to everyone and also kwow what is best. Varun propose to talk to an alumni that is working in a company to create an activity. There are two activities, the promotion to get in touch with new students, and then a new activity with an alumni to know what is best and what things we do, to create a motivation to come to the weekly meetings.

We are going to talk about christmas dinner. The one interested to organize it are matiaz and emil, we think that is a perfect job. Some weeks ago we talked that it is better to have the christmas dinner in january because of the exams.

We decide that we are going to elect the board court of the summer course in the next meeting. We are giving 2 weeks to decide if they want to be part of the court team. The deadline to announce the course is the 6th of february. We are going to give 12 days to the people to consider if they want to be part of the court team for the summer course. The president is going to talk to vaios to know how to decide the new court of the summer course. We decide to use google forms for electing the new court.

Fran propose to explain to everyone that our name of the board is strap-on board in the next weekly meeting.

Fran propose to start the next meeting by explaining who are we, what we study, and then a silly question. We voted to do that in the next meeting, and then we decide to repeat that in the next meetings.
