It is a bit tricky, but I found the way to change the folder path for the snippets. And is the next one:

1. Go to a schematic and press right click > Reuse block
2. With the panel that is openned, you need to press the 3 lines, then Snippets Folders…
3. Then go to Open Folder… and select the path you would like to use

Also, maybe, can be accessed like, Panels > Design Reuse.

And the way I should do:

• The parent folder has access to all the different subfolders with the different design
• The name of the folder should be descriptive
• If necessary, add more documentation in the schematic
• All the block should be hierarchical
• The shematic should be called: “SCH_DESCRIPTIVE_NAME”
• The footprint should be called: “PCB_DESCRPIPTIVE_NAME”
