It starts talking about some evil people, killers, drug dealers and ilegal people, that are capable to justify all the bad things that they did, because is easier to blame the others and blame himself. This is easy, if you blame yourself you loose your honor, that is the most valuable thing that we have.

It is faster to learn by motivating the good action than blaming bad things. For example, a worker is going to change for better faster if you list the things that person do good, rather than blaming the things he do wrongly.
