Radiogrouppe has 32 ip’s, that information is in the spreadsheets of the radio. Our dns is www.prg.dtu.dk

We have approx 10 units in the rack for the prg. We have a good uptime.

two mail server, @prg.dtu.dk and @prgdtu.dk. The dns prgdtu.dk is maintained by kim.

Ports opened 22, 443, 80 for those ip’s.

In the room next to prg we have a cable with some IPs, maintained by AIT DTU. Fadi knows the guys that maintain that conection. After that we have our own switch. In the room it is a server of laust (HAFNIUM), that prg.dtu.dk and the mail point (not reliable email). The server is maintained by laust but is part of the radiogrouppe. There is also another machine (B1) with proxmox ue, after that a internal switch and then the wifi.

HAFNIUM

prg.dtu.dk is pointing to this machine. Official looking domain, the ait service maintain that domain and points to this machine. The certificate of this machine is one letsencrypt. Laust will replace this machine if something break down.

Machine B1

prgdtu.dk points to this machine.

It has a web gateway that points to member systems, mail server, git server, web server. It has a backup gateway, running a debian. Member db, a django with the list of members, it was used to used the previous door system. Also it is a mail server. Also a gitolite. A web service (prgdtu.dk). DNS service in the B1 machine. There is something strange with the dns in this machine.

Why maintining the django member systems? It make sense to get the information from that application.

Why the wifi is a shit

AIT is blocking something.

Kim can buy a new router that can solve this.

Future

It would be nice to get a new server and decide which services stays.

Buy more storage and a new server. Laust have a a rack server. It is neccesary to move the server to a rack.

When we have a new machine the puffy machine is a proxmox, so we can easiy create servers for the members. A meeting with kasper, to teach me is fast, it will last 30 minutes, we can do that on discord, should not take me a lot of time.
