In order to create a custom pcb board shape yo need to:

• Create the sketch in Solidworks
• Create a solid from that sketch
• Export to DXF
• Then in altium, import>DXF
• Select the mechanical drawing and then Design->Board Shape->Define from selected objects
• It is probable that you need to do this. Design ► Board Shape ► Created Primitives from Board Shape.
